María Paula Zamudio

Maria Paula is a Social Communicator graduate of the Pontifical Xaverian University who currently works as the People Team Intern for Bogotá´s Office. Maria Paula spent her journalism degree working on gender-focused armed conflict investigations, understanding how intersectionality exacerbates the sexism and racism towards black women in Colombia. Her motivation to work for a firm with a social mission, such as Instiglio, stems from this. She supports the Talent Acquisition team in Nairobi while managing talent and performance management across HR platforms.
